DESCRIPTION
Water Based PVA Craft Glue Feature
- Optimal Solid Content
- High Bonding Strength
- Fast setting and curing
- Safe and eco-friendly
Main Component
Polyvinyl acetate emulsion unit, water, filler
Specification
MPF101: 500g/pc, 24pcs/ctn
Scope of Application (Typical Solid Content: 20% - 35%)
- Paper and Packaging Industry: Mainly used in pasting, carton forming, low-grade paper tube winding, book binding , and craft making where high water resistance and strength are not critical.
- Primary Processing and Temporary Fixing: Suitable for initial positioning or temporary bonding in furniture production.
- Porous Material Bonding: Due to its good penetration, it can be used for bonding porous materials with low surface requirements.
Using Method
- The joint surface must be clean and dry.
- Apply adhesive, press parts together until set, and allow 24 hours at room temperature to achieve full strength.
Warning
- 1 Do not use iron drum packaging.
- 2 Application Temperature: Must be 10°C or above. The assembled product must also be maintained at 10°C or above until fully cured. Lower temperatures will prevent proper film formation, resulting in poor adhesion.
- 3 Clean after using: Wipe the bottle mouth clean immediately after use and seal the cap tightly for future use.
- 4 If partially coagulated: If the adhesive shows signs of partial coagulation, mix it thoroughly until uniform. This will not affect its performance.
- 5 Wood Moisture Content: The moisture content of wood must be controlled between 8% and 15%. Content outside this range will adversely affect the bonding quality.
- 6 DANGER: Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.
Storage And Packing
1. Storage: Store in a sealed non-metal container at a temperature between 5°C and 37°C (41°F and 99°F). Protect from freezing and excessive heat. The product has a shelf life of 12 months from the production date. If the product exceeds this shelf life, it may still be used only if it passes quality testing.
2. Freezing & Thawing:
- Slight Freezing: If the product freezes slightly, thaw it fully in a warm environment at 30-40°C (86-104°F) and then stir evenly. It can be used if a smooth, consistent consistency is restored.
- Severe Freezing: If the product is severely frozen for an extended period and cannot be restored-evidenced by clumping, stratification, or broken emulsion-it must be discarded and should not be used.
3. Transportation: Handle, preserve, and transport as a non-flammable material.
