[Performance Characteristics]
The product is bicomponent, room temperature curing, high-strength stone structural adhesive, with the characteristics of convenient application, low stress and the thermal expansivity similar to that of the stone. It has the advantages of abrasion resistance, water resistance, aging resistance, cold & hot alternation resistance and light color to facilitate toning and also has a good effect of bonding and repairing the stone.

[Scope of Application]
The product is mainly used for bonding and repairing various stone, tile, concrete, metal and other materials, such as bonding of bedplate, special-shaped stones, handicraft d errors!
1. Clean, dry and remove dust, oil from the smooth bonding parts;
2. Mix the adhesive evenly according to the specified proportion, use a adhesive mixing knife to apply adhesive to the stone bonding parts and press the bonding parts. At room temperature, the stone can be put into the next process after 24-hour’s curing; at low temperatures in winter, after the cured stone is heated to 50-60 ℃ and laid for 2-3 hours, the stone can be put into next process.
3. Add special toner into the adhesive according to the different colors of stones in adhesive A or adhesive B, adjust it into a color similar to that of the stone; the largest adding volume of toner is 5‰ of the adhesive amount.
4. Use a cloth dipped with a small amount of alcohol or acetone to scrub the excessive adhesive squeezed out of the bonding parts before curing.
[Cautions]
1. The application temperature should not be less than 5℃; the adhesive can be heated appropriately in winter, to increase the temperature of stone surface.
2. As the adhesive should be used immediately after mixing, avoid mixing excessive adhesive at one time. The lower the temperature is and the less the mixing amount of adhesive is, the longer the available time and curing time will be; whereas, the curing time will be shorter.
3. The apparatuses used to take Component A and Component B of the adhesive must not be mixed up; the remaining mixed adhesive must not be put into the tube again. The stone should not be removed before it is fully cured.
4. If it is not convenient to use the adhesive due to the high viscosity of adhesive liquid, the adhesive can be heated in 40-60 ℃ water to reduce its viscosity.
5. Do not mix up the lids of adhesive, fasten the lids after application and do not eat the adhesive by mistake!
6. Because of the different physical, chemical nature of stone, please test the product experimently in advance to avoid errors!
【Package and transportation】
1. The product shall be kept in cool, dry and ventilating warehouse. Its service life is 1 year from its production date and may be put into use upon passing the examination after its expiry date.
2. The product belongs to general dangerous items. Please keep it away from heat source, fire source, sun burning, and rain during its transportation. Please handle it gently and avoid rolling, bumping, heavy pressing, upside down and side-placing during its transportation and loading.
3. Packing specification: 2 kg/ set (12 kg/ item), Iron can package.
