[Scope of Application]
The product is used for rapid bonding, repairing and fixing of granite, marble and various stones, such as bedplate edge repairing, stone medallion, special-shaped stone bonding and large-area defects repairing, etc.
[Method of Application]
1. Clean, dry and remove dust, oil and other impurities from the bonding parts.
2. Mix the adhesive evenly according to the specified proportion, use an adhesive mixing knife to apply adhesive to the stone bonding parts, press the bonding parts with a fixture and place the stone for curing. At room temperature, the stone can be put into the next process after 24-hour’s curing; at low temperature in winter, after the preliminarily cured stone is heated to 50-60 ℃ and laid for 2-3 hours, the stone can be put into next process.
3. Add special toner into the adhesive according to the different colors of stones and adjust it into a color similar to that of the stone; the largest adding volume of toner is 5‰ of the adhesive amount.
4. Use a cloth dipped with a small amount of alcohol or acetone to scrub the superfluous adhesive squeezed out of the bonding parts before curing.
[Cautions]
1. Adhesive mixing must be even according to the proportion, so as not to affect the application result.
2. The application temperature should not be less than 5℃; the adhesive can be heated appropriately in winter, to increase the curing speed and bonding strength.
3. As the adhesive should be used immediately after mixing, avoid mixing excessive adhesive at one time. The mixed adhesive must be used up within the available time and the adhesive with gel should not be used. The higher the adhesive mixing temperature is and the more the adhesive amount is, the shorter the available time will be; whereas, the available time will be longer.
4. The composite bonding edges must be pressed for curing and the stone should not be removed before the adhesive is fully cured.
5. The apparatuses used to take Component A adhesive and Component B adhesive must not be mixed up; the remaining mixed adhesive must not be put into the original package again.
6. If it is not convenient to use the adhesive due to the high viscosity of adhesive liquid, it can be heated in 40-60 ℃ water to reduce its viscosity.
7. Do not mix up the lids of adhesive, fasten the lids after application and do not eat the adhesive by mistake!
8. Because of the different physical, chemical nature of stone, please test the product experimently in advance to avoid errors!
【Package and transportation】
1. The product shall be kept in cool, dry and ventilating warehouse. Its service life is 1 year from its production date and may be put into use upon passing the examination after its expiry date.
2. The product belongs to general dangerous items. Please keep it away from heat source, fire source, sun burning, and rain during its transportation. Please handle it gently and avoid rolling, bumping, heavy pressing, upside down and side- placing during its transportation and loading.
