[Scope of Application]
The product is used for repairing irregular cracks like micro-cracks, blow holes, chicken toe-shaped cracks, ant-shaped cracks and uneven patches on the surface of various stones.
[Method of Application]
1. Remove the oil, dust and other impurities from the stone surface and keep it dry.
2. Mix the adhesive evenly according to the specified proportion, use an adhesive mixing knife to apply adhesive to the stone and place it for curing. Polish the stone after the adhesive is fully cured, usually after 24 hours. If possible, heat the stone with adhesive to 50-60 ℃ and polish it after 2-3 hours.
3. Repeat scratching the adhesive on tiny cracks, to make the adhesive penetrate the cracks several times.
4. For stone with serious defects on the surface, such as soil, please remove the soil at first and mix the adhesive and the stone powder of an appropriate amount to repair the defects; after curing, polish the stone and scratch the adhesive again.
5. Scratch the surface adhesive first and then the mesh adhesive.
[Cautions]
1. Adhesive mixing must be even according to the proportion, so as not to affect the application result.
2. Before the adhesive is cured, the stone should be placed horizontally and not be stacked; after curing, the lubricant such as talcum powder can be applied to the stone surface, to avoid stone adhesion when they are stacked.
3. Stone surface treatment chemicals, non-epoxy adhesive and other chemicals must not be applied to or penetrated into the bonding surfaces, in order to avoid chemical reaction with the adhesive, which will affect the adhesive performance and make the adhesive be not cured.
4. The apparatuses used to take Component A adhesive and Component B adhesive must not be mixed up; the adhesive scratching apparatus should be cleaned with acetone before the adhesive is cured for future use.
5. Do not mix up the lids of adhesive, fasten the lids after application and do not eat the adhesive by mistake!
6. Because of the different physical, chemical nature of stone, please test the product experimently in advance to avoid errors!
【Package and transportation】
1. The product shall be kept in cool, dry and ventilating warehouse. Its service life is 1 year from its production date and may be put into use upon passing the examination after its expiry date.
2. The product belongs to general dangerous items. Please keep it away from heat source, fire source, sun burning, and rain during its transportation. Please handle it gently and avoid rolling, bumping, heavy pressing, upside down and side-placing during its transportation and loading.
3. Packing specification: 3 kg/ set (18 kg/ item), 60 kg/group, 600 kg/group,Component A ，Component B is packaged in HDPEdrums.
