A: Low temperature causes slow speed of solvent volatilization, or dry time is not enough, bond too early will all cause glue layer sticky. It is recommended to increase the temperature or extend the dry time, choose the best bonding time according to temperature and humidity.

Q: Why first viscidity of Contact Adhesive is not strong?
A: Dry time not enough、glue too thick or too thin、scrape glue not evenly will all cause weak first viscidity. Should spread glue evenly and moderately, and bond when it dried to stick hand slightly.

A: No. Environmental friendly contact adhesives may gel when the temperature is below 10℃, can recover to former fluid state after heating in the hot water of 30-50℃, and characteristic unchanged. Store in cool, ventilated and dry condition at temperature 10-35℃.

Q: Why the bonding strength is not good when using Wood Glue to bond wood in winter?
A: The temperature is too low or moisture content of wood is too high. Wood Glue should be stored and operated at temperature over 10℃, moisture content of wood have to be between 8～15%. The two aspects will affect bonding strength.

Q: What cause gelatin for acrylic glue during storage?
A: Sun radiation or high temperature will reduce storage period, it is recommended to store in cool, ventilated and dry condition.
